Charles-Henri Rouvroy has more than 25 years experience in Financial Services & Finance. That experience provides him with an in-depth understanding of his client’s specific businesses as well as an extensive network of talented professionals to draw upon.
Before founding CHR, Charles-Henri Rouvroy spent 12 years as a Financial Services/Finance Division Senior Manager for a leading international specialist recruitment firm. He has a proven track record, successfully completing some 200 retained search assignments within all Belgium and Luxembourg. Moreover 94% of his placements were recruitments without contractual replacement in the first months after the onboarding of the candidates.
Prior to his role in Financial Services/Finance Executive Search, Charles-Henri spent 11 years, holding several management positions, at GE Capital, the financial services unit of the American multinational conglomerate GE.
He is a certified PAPI test (Personality and Preference Inventory) Practitioner and holds a 6 Sigma project management certification.
Charles-Henri is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
